Plan and execute modal, laboratory, and on-vehicle NVH testing for tire and wheel assemblies. Maintain NVH laboratory equipment, calibration, quality systems, and data-acquisition capabilities. Design test fixtures, interpret standards, perform tire uniformity studies, automate analysis with Excel and Python, and use Abaqus and NASTRAN for finite element NVH prediction. Periodic travel to U.S. proving grounds and international locations is required.

Leads treasury management, cash forecasting, budgeting, P&L planning, profitability analysis, financial reporting, risk monitoring, and business performance analysis. Manages the Finance & Planning team, establishes goals, develops employees, strengthens financial controls, and provides insights and recommendations to management. Partners with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and operational effectiveness.

Support recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, recognition programs, performance management, training and development, compliance, policy management, benefits administration, and confidential employee records. Partner with employees, managers, leadership, and vendors to promote a positive workplace culture, ensure labor-law compliance, and improve the employee experience.
