Manage accounts receivable and credit duties: process and apply payments, evaluate credit requests, reconcile deposits, resolve billing discrepancies, support collections and invoicing, assist month-end close, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to maintain accurate financial records and timely payments.

Leads integrated B2B and B2C marketing events, sponsorship activations, dealer and co-branding programs, creative projects, and public relations initiatives. Manages budgets, agencies, vendors, timelines, contractual assets, stakeholder coordination, on-site execution, and performance reporting. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical, and project management skills, along with approximately 25%–30% travel and occasional evening or weekend work.

Supports original equipment customer order fulfillment, inventory monitoring, carrier coordination, and Just-in-Time deliveries. Communicates with customers, distribution centers, logistics partners, headquarters, and sales teams to resolve order and delivery issues. Analyzes order, inventory, sales, and logistics data; prepares reports; supports Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory planning; maintains documentation; and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
