Manages truck and bus radial tire sales across Ontario, building dealer and fleet relationships, supporting pricing and purchases, coordinating promotions, training, trade shows, product testing, and customer events. Prospects new commercial dealers, analyzes performance data, and serves as the regional TBR expert. The role requires spending at least 80% of work time traveling throughout Ontario, with occasional overnight and international travel.

Plan and execute modal, laboratory, and on-vehicle NVH testing for tire and wheel assemblies. Maintain NVH laboratory equipment, calibration, quality systems, and data-acquisition capabilities. Design test fixtures, interpret standards, perform tire uniformity studies, automate analysis with Excel and Python, and use Abaqus and NASTRAN for finite element NVH prediction. Periodic travel to U.S. proving grounds and international locations is required.

Leads treasury management, cash forecasting, budgeting, P&L planning, profitability analysis, financial reporting, risk monitoring, and business performance analysis. Manages the Finance & Planning team, establishes goals, develops employees, strengthens financial controls, and provides insights and recommendations to management. Partners with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and operational effectiveness.
