Build and deploy AI-enabled internal applications, dashboards, workflow automations, reporting tools, and system integrations for insurance operations. Develop web solutions, APIs, and database connections; integrate insurance, cloud, and SaaS platforms; and test systems supporting underwriting, billing, claims, reporting, and security. Translate operational needs into technical solutions while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and nontechnical stakeholders. The role requires full-stack or backend development experience and production experience with AI/ML or LLM applications.

Manages repossessed vehicle inventory, auction vendor performance, vehicle assessment, reconditioning, valuation, sale preparation, and bid approvals. Conducts auction site reviews, coordinates vendor meetings, negotiates arbitration claims, identifies market opportunities, audits expenses, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulations. Requires strong automotive remarketing knowledge, independent judgment, organizational skills, and proficiency with multiple business systems.

Drives regional lease origination by acquiring and developing auto dealership relationships, supporting lender partners, delivering dealer training, and executing territory sales strategies. Analyzes market conditions, competitor financing, residual values, and lending guidelines; recommends product and program changes; maintains CRM records and performance reports; resolves partner issues; and represents the company at trade conferences. Frequent territory travel and relationship management are central to the role.
