Teams at Handspring Health

Lead and scale end-to-end talent acquisition for clinical roles, primarily therapists. Build recruiting team, tech stack, workflows, and analytics to measure pipeline, conversion, cost-per-hire, and capacity. Partner with clinical, growth, and operations teams to define candidate quality, align hiring with patient demand, and grow employer brand to increase inbound hires.

Lead technical direction and architecture across telehealth, EHR, patient and clinician systems. Be a hands-on principal engineer writing production code, set engineering standards, mentor and direct offshore teams, own reliability and security (HIPAA/compliance), drive AI adoption, hire and build the onshore engineering org, and partner with the CEO to translate business and clinical needs into technical plans.

Work directly with founders to own cross-functional strategic initiatives, build financial and market models, launch new services and states, design company decision and goal-setting systems, and produce board and investor materials. Run experiments to operations, coordinate clinical, credentialing, growth, and payer workstreams, and ensure follow-through across the organization.
