Teams at Handshake

Own Handshake’s ATS integration and data-partnership ecosystem, including strategy, partner sourcing, negotiation, contracting, relationship management, and integration adoption. Shape product and engineering roadmaps, oversee API and data-sharing initiatives, resolve partner issues, support go-to-market teams, and drive partner-influenced revenue. This senior individual contributor role requires expertise in HR or sales technology ecosystems, complex strategic partnerships, integration architecture, commercial terms, privacy, and compliance.

Build and grow Handshake AI’s Fellow community through engagement, advocacy, retention, content, email communications, and crisis response. Own programs such as referrals, advisory boards, and STAR Fellows, while partnering with the AI team to ensure accurate messaging. The role requires consumer-facing marketing, online community growth, strong writing, program design, and sound judgment managing negative sentiment.

Manage foundational HR operations for Handshake AI’s Bangalore team, including employee relations, Indian labor-law compliance, policies, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle processes. Resolve routine employee concerns, maintain audit-ready documentation, partner with recruiting and US-based People teams, and escalate complex matters appropriately.
