Owns day-to-day NYC office operations, including facilities, access control, maintenance, vendors, food service, seating, mail, and workplace requests. Plans in-office events, onboarding experiences, and culture programs while tracking budgets, invoices, documentation, occupancy, and service quality. Partners with employees and vendors to maintain a welcoming, inclusive, safe, and efficient workplace experience.

Conduct high-volume outbound sales to identify companies with licensable proprietary data. Engage owners, founders, CTOs, and data leaders; perform detailed discovery; address trust, security, and competitive concerns; scope and negotiate data licensing deals; coordinate legal and security reviews; close contracts; maintain pipeline discipline; meet activity targets; and help develop the sales playbook for a new zero-to-one business.

Conduct high-volume outbound sales through calls, email, and LinkedIn to identify companies with licensable proprietary data. Engage owners, founders, CTOs, and data leaders; lead thorough discovery; address security and trust concerns; scope deals; coordinate legal and security reviews; negotiate terms; and close agreements. Maintain pipeline discipline, meet activity targets, and help develop the sales playbook in a fast-moving, ambiguous AI data business.
