Analyze performance data, build and optimize scalable processes, partner cross-functionally to launch initiatives, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement through structured problem solving.

Drive execution of operational programs across Trust & Safety, Pay Operations, Allocation, and Contractor Management. Translate business needs into requirements and execution plans, perform SQL-based data analysis, partner with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Delivery, and design scalable operational processes.

Own hands-on Workday configuration and tenant hygiene: build business processes, reports, EIBs, and simple integrations. Lead mass data operations, coordinate go-lives, test in sandbox, and advise People Ops on feasibility, effort, risks, and rollout plans.
