Lead the Learning & Training function, managing four senior learning designers while remaining hands-on in developing courses, coaching plans, and quality standards. Scale a forward-deployed training model across AI projects, manage capacity, measure ramp and fellow quality, partner with Central Ops, drive strategic programs, and hire specialized talent. The role requires strong learning design, people leadership, AI model fluency, operational judgment, and experience establishing quality standards in ambiguous environments.

Lead onboarding for enterprise and strategic employer customers during their first 60–90 days. Manage kickoff calls, product setup, implementation checklists, stakeholder relationships, success metrics, training, and early talent workflow adoption. Use data to improve implementation strategies and create scalable SOPs. Coordinate across teams while managing multiple implementations and communicating outcomes to senior customers and internal stakeholders.

Build and own full-stack promotions products, including promoted-content delivery, auctions, event tracking, attribution, and analytics. Develop scalable distributed systems, improve employer-facing reporting, investigate production issues, and use customer feedback and performance data to guide iteration. Partner with product, design, data, and engineering teams from design through launch while contributing to testing, observability, code reviews, and production ownership.
