Manage candidate recruitment and vetting for healthcare placements: interview, ensure DBS and training compliance, chase references, book training/DBS, maintain compliance records, manage social media, edit CVs, and organise office calendar.

Manage office operations and a small recruitment team, handle business development and client meetings, answer calls and correspondence, oversee customer service and complaints, conduct disciplinary meetings, maintain staff morale, improve processes, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. Includes weekend on-call rota.
