Leads HALI’s Clubhouse Program, overseeing daily operations, program fidelity, compliance, budgeting, staff supervision, member-driven decision-making, and accreditation standards. Builds recovery-oriented partnerships and ensures services support employment, education, housing stability, and community belonging. The role requires hands-on engagement with members, outcome tracking, regulatory reporting, staff development, and collaboration with organizational leadership and external partners.

Provides intensive, time-limited peer support to individuals with complex mental health, substance use, medical, trauma, homelessness, and incarceration-related needs. Builds engagement, develops recovery plans, connects participants with services, facilitates support groups, offers phone support through an on-call rotation, documents activities, and coordinates community-based meetings. Requires lived mental health experience, strong knowledge of local resources, communication skills, and collaboration with partner agencies.

Provide voluntary peer-based support and advocacy to individuals in Stony Brooks CPEP and during discharge transitions. Conduct community follow-ups, home visits, service linkage, recovery planning, documentation with hospital staff, co-supervision with HALI and Stony Brook supervisors, and promote recovery, peer support, and empowerment across agencies.
