Reviews and reconciles general ledger and bank accounts, verifies balances, researches stale items and exceptions, analyzes monthly balances, coordinates adjustments, and tracks issue resolution. The role also reviews departmental reconciliations, manages company files, trains personnel on reconciliation procedures, and responds to Controller’s group policy inquiries. No supervisory responsibilities are assigned.

Partners with Financial Advisors to serve clients, develop financial plans, recommend investment solutions, process trades and money movements, complete compliant documentation, support sales and referral goals, train retail associates, and build client relationships. The role requires maintaining insurance and securities licenses, completing regulatory education, participating in community activities, and traveling throughout the assigned region to meet clients.

Leads full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies across multiple openings. Partners with hiring managers, identifies and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, manages applicant tracking data, negotiates offers, supports onboarding, and promotes diversity. May represent the organization at campus and community recruiting events, track recruiting metrics, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company guidelines.
