Provides entry-level support for deposit operations, including account maintenance, document validation, exception processing, CD/IRA servicing, unclaimed property, collections, mail banking, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting. The role ensures accurate transaction processing, compliance with banking and IRS requirements, proper recordkeeping, and operational efficiency. It also supports audits, department projects, cross-training, and process improvements while working under senior team guidance.

Prepares and reviews complex consumer, commercial, and real estate loan documentation across multiple states. Ensures compliance with banking regulations, policy, lien perfection, title requirements, and closing standards. Coordinates with lenders, attorneys, vendors, and customers to resolve documentation and title issues. Tracks workflow, performs secondary reviews, supports quality control, and assists with training Documentation Analysts. May fill in for the supervisor and manage loan packages within established service levels.

Designs, implements, maintains, and supports security controls across infrastructure, platform, and application layers. Provides security expertise to architects, engineers, peers, and management; conducts risk assessments, maturity evaluations, and threat modeling; supports incident response, production outages, audits, and regulatory inquiries. Advises on security configurations and operational improvements while participating in an on-call rotation and providing technical guidance to other engineers.
