Lead and oversee multidisciplinary wealth management teams across multiple markets to grow revenue, ensure regulatory compliance, implement the One Wealth model, set sales goals, manage budgets and forecasts, cultivate referral and community relationships, and provide coaching and supervision to meet regional targets.

Reviews and authorizes loan disbursements (ACH, wires, checks), ensures documentation and regulatory compliance, coordinates with attorneys and reconciliations, mentors analysts, and maintains risk controls and tracking in bank systems.
