Manage residual byproducts from nine sawmills across the U.S. and Canada, including sales, transportation, purchasing, logistics, pricing, and customer relationships. Negotiate product and freight rates, optimize profitability, monitor markets and product quality, coordinate deliveries and pickups, maintain SFI and EUDR compliance, and oversee financial reporting and budgeting. The role also supports business development, supply forecasting, operational issue resolution, and after-hours responses, with approximately 50% travel.

The Millwright will support commissioning, startup, and ongoing reliability of lumber manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, improving equipment performance, maintaining accurate records, and following safety policies. The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends. Candidates should demonstrate mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to maintenance excellence. Preventive or precision maintenance training, wood products experience, and startup experience are preferred.

Manages complex federal and state corporate income tax compliance for C and S corporations, including Forms 1120 and 1120S, tax provisions under ASC 740, payments, apportionment, tax authority correspondence, and external advisor coordination. Partners with accounting, finance, and operational teams to research tax issues, support forecasts and strategic transactions, review tax accounting work, and ensure accurate, timely reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
