Lead data-driven growth across digital channels, optimize acquisition-to-monetization funnels, run A/B tests, analyze campaigns, collaborate with product/tech, and develop business strategies, market research, partnerships, forecasts, pricing, and KPI-driven recommendations.

Perform high-volume outbound outreach (100+ dials/day) to engage international prospects via calls, texts, and email; qualify leads, perform warm transfers, and set 3–4 appointments daily. Maintain and update CRM with call notes, outcomes, and appointments. Execute persistent follow-ups and prepare daily activity reports to drive pipeline conversion.

Lead D2C and marketplace growth: run performance marketing (Google, Meta, marketplace ads), optimize conversion and retention metrics, manage product listings/pricing/promotions across Shopify/WooCommerce and marketplaces, drive social commerce sales, analyze performance, and coordinate with design, tech, logistics, and support teams.
