Lead HammondCare's Salesforce platform architecture and roadmap, enforce design standards and governance, and oversee end-to-end solution and integration design. Mentor and manage a platform development team, partner with Product Owners and agile teams for delivery, and provide expert technical contribution across Flow, Apex, Lightning, APIs and integrations while ensuring release management and platform stability.

Provide person-centred residential aged care under the Clinical Care Manager: administer medicines, support residents’ health, wellbeing and dignity, follow Aged Care Quality Standards, maintain documentation, build relationships with residents and families, and work collaboratively with the care team.

The Exercise Physiologist will support aged care residents by delivering tailored exercise programs, collaborating with healthcare teams, and participating in quality improvement projects while promoting health and wellbeing.
