Coordinates real estate investment transactions from due diligence through closing, including financing, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development activities. Reviews contracts, title, surveys, environmental reports, insurance, and closing documents; manages lenders, consultants, legal counsel, and selling parties; maintains transaction files, lender databases, sourcing logs, timelines, and progress reports; supports financing strategies, loan procurement, development reporting, and closing approvals.

Assists with sourcing, structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing real estate debt transactions, including acquisition, development, construction, permanent, refinancing, and loan assumption activities. Builds lender relationships, coordinates financing packages and hedging strategies, monitors transaction timelines, prepares progress reports and investment committee materials, tracks debt market trends, and supports capital execution across the firm’s real estate investment platform.

Leads complex healthcare construction and development projects from feasibility through completion. Responsibilities include consultant and contractor selection, contract negotiations, budgeting, scheduling, design oversight, permitting, construction administration, change order review, cost control, equipment procurement, client reporting, and risk management. Supervises Project Executives and Specialists while supporting client leadership, board presentations, business development, and team development.
