Leads healthcare construction and development projects from feasibility through completion. Responsibilities include consultant and contractor selection, contract negotiations, site analysis, design oversight, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, construction administration, change-order review, equipment procurement, cost control, client reporting, and risk monitoring. The role also supports client presentations, physician office development, and business development activities while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and using e-Builder throughout projects.

Analyzes healthcare real estate acquisition and development investments, including underwriting, financial modeling, capitalization, valuation, market research, and portfolio management. Prepares investment committee reports, financing packages, RFP responses, fundraising materials, and due diligence documentation. Supervises and mentors Financial Analysts while supporting deal execution, fund management, asset valuations, and transaction closings.
