Overnight site patrol officer responsible for scheduled vehicle patrols, 14 QR checkpoint scans per cycle, access control, photographing and reporting incidents, monitoring CCTV when assigned, and maintaining accurate Daily Activity Reports. Performs perimeter inspections, verifies after-hours deliveries, coordinates with Dispatch and communication groups, and follows site-specific post orders without escalating situations unnecessarily.

Provide visible vehicle and foot patrols of a gated residential community, enforce HOA parking rules, document incidents and violations with photos and reports, identify hazards, assist residents, maintain communication with dispatch and property management, and support emergency responders while following Observe-and-Report policies.
