Lead and scale a 3–4 person investor relations team overseeing investor onboarding, records management, quarterly distributions, and complex investor escalations. Partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Accounting) to standardize SOPs, ensure data integrity in Juniper Square, and implement AI/automation to streamline workflows and reporting.

Twelve-month, full-time rotational internship across transactions, asset & project management, data analysis, investor relations, and accounting. Interns perform underwriting, financial analysis, data projects (Excel/SQL/Python/Power BI), investor communications, and entity-level accounting while receiving mentorship and potential pathways to full-time roles.

Maintain journal entries, bank and general ledger reconciliations, record and reconcile investor capital and investment activity, perform cash reconciliations and daily cash movement, prepare funding requests and wires, coordinate with asset/property management and investor relations, assist with financial statement preparation and regulatory filings, and recommend process improvements.
