Supports nonprofit finance operations, including government contract budgets, financial reporting, vouchers, payroll, accounts receivable, banking, accounts payable, payments, monthly close, financial statements, and compliance with GAAP and government policies. Requires strong Excel skills, financial analysis, organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and deadline management.

Provides administrative support for an early childhood education program, including scheduling trainings and meetings, preparing regulatory reports, supporting purchasing, processing CACFP reimbursements and provider stipends, and coordinating daily operations. The role supports network leadership, staff, families, and affiliated childcare providers while maintaining professional knowledge and managing multiple projects.
