Supports venture and growth equity investments across funds, co-investments, and secondaries. Responsibilities include financial analysis, market research, due diligence, investment memo preparation, sourcing opportunities, portfolio monitoring, client communications, General Partner relationship management, analyst training, and strategic industry research. The role requires strong investment judgment, communication skills, Excel modeling expertise, and an interest in venture and technology investing.

Oversee private equity fund accounting activities, including reviewing financial statements, supporting audits, valuing investments, maintaining cash positions, preparing journal entries, resolving client requests, overseeing administrators, and presenting departmental initiatives.

Develops and executes insurance-market sales strategy for private markets solutions. Advises insurers on portfolio construction, asset allocation, optimization, regulatory capital, accounting, and risk considerations. Partners with investment and distribution teams to create products, expand existing relationships, identify new business, support client meetings, and deliver thought leadership. Builds relationships with insurance executives and supports strategic partnerships across life, property and casualty, health, and multiline insurers.
