Coordinates firm-wide AI initiatives by tracking embedded team roadmaps, ROI, usage, and costs; develops and delivers AI training; manages AI technology vendors and renewals; partners with Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Engineering on vendor governance; provides frontline AI support; and maintains FAQs and self-service resources.

Conduct initial and ongoing operational due diligence reviews of private equity and other investment managers. Assess organizational quality, accounting and valuation practices, regulatory compliance, infrastructure, and operational risks. Lead on-site meetings with senior management, analyze financial statements and regulatory filings, prepare detailed reports, monitor investments, track industry and regulatory developments, and collaborate with managers, administrators, and auditors to identify process improvements. Travel may reach 5%.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, PySpark, Snowflake, and Azure technologies. Build data ingestion frameworks, dimensional data models, and enterprise warehouse solutions. Optimize Snowflake workloads, implement data quality and governance controls, monitor production pipelines, troubleshoot incidents, document data processes, and collaborate with architects, analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders. Support secure, compliant, reliable data platforms for analytics, reporting, and operational use cases.
