Oversee administrative and operational functions of multidisciplinary ambulatory clinics: develop and implement policies, ensure patient flow and supply management, maintain information systems, coordinate HEDIS reviews, handle patient billing and service issues, and solve operational problems to ensure effective clinic services.

Manage ambulatory clinic administrative operations including patient registration, scheduling, cash collections, medical record and charge reconciliation, supply ordering, front-desk duties, insurance verification, and liaison work between physicians, staff, and patients to ensure efficient, compliant clinic operations.

Provide direct primary care to patients (≈95% clinical time): perform exams, procedures, prescribe medications, offer health education, refer to specialists and behavioral health, and complete required documentation while complying with HRSA, JCAHO, OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
