Leads the Applications team responsible for processing registrations, licences, permits, certificates, and related regulatory applications. Oversees accuracy, timeliness, legislative compliance, customer enquiries, appointments, data maintenance, invoicing, and overdue follow-up. Coaches Applications Support Officers, builds stakeholder relationships, provides regulatory guidance, and identifies process improvements. The role requires people leadership, local government or regulatory administration experience, knowledge of relevant legislation and bylaws, strong organisation and communication skills, and a commitment to customer service.
