Serves as the primary relationship advisor for wealth clients, developing new business, cultivating referrals, administering investment accounts, preparing management reports, and delivering investment solutions. Builds relationships with bank centers of influence and community professionals, conducts educational seminars, and participates in departmental committees. Requires strong knowledge of trust account administration, financial markets, economic principles, analytical skills, and client communication.

Provides first-line and systems administration support through Help Desk and ServiceNow tickets. Installs and maintains operating systems, software, patches, workstations, servers, and network systems; manages users and permissions; monitors configurations and network communications; performs backups and recovery; troubleshoots hardware and software issues; and supports system security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Serves as the subject matter expert for enterprise banking systems and applications. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, software updates, patching, testing, incident triage, root cause analysis, vendor coordination, compliance tracking, data mapping, automation, integrations, reporting, and workflow improvements. Partners with business units and vendors to implement enhancements, resolve defects, improve system reliability and data quality, and support customer experience and risk management initiatives.
