Provides physiotherapy services across acute, medical-surgical, and rehabilitation units. Assesses and treats patients, collaborates with occupational therapists, therapy assistants, discharge planners, and other professionals, and supports patient care planning and discharge. Requires independent and collaborative practice, strong communication, physical capacity for moderately heavy work, and experience treating acute, surgical, and rehabilitation patients.

Provides clinical leadership and operational support for a cardiology inpatient unit. Manages daily operational issues, patient flow, safety huddles, interdisciplinary collaboration, policy implementation, quality monitoring, process improvement, staff orientation and mentoring, and resource utilization. Supports the Patient Care Manager with financial and unit management activities while promoting patient- and family-centred care.

Leads hospital-based clinical research operations, including investigator-initiated studies, clinical trials, quality improvement initiatives, research infrastructure, regulatory and ethics compliance, grants, contracts, budgets, financial tracking, and institutional partnerships. Supports physicians and clinical teams, develops policies and workflows, oversees research agreements and funding administration, and contributes to research strategy and program growth.
