Own HaloBraid’s organic social strategy and day-to-day community engagement. Create, shoot, edit, caption, and publish short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. Identify trends, develop recurring content series, capture behind-the-scenes and product content, engage audiences, track KPIs, and optimize performance. Support events, interviews, creator collaborations, and brand storytelling.

Lead cross-functional hardware programs from concept through launch, coordinating engineering, design, operations, prototyping partners, and overseas manufacturers. Build schedules, translate technical requirements into actionable plans, manage risks and dependencies, oversee prototype builds, and improve development processes. The onsite Cambridge role reports to the CEO and requires approximately 20% travel.

Design and architect mechanical systems and subassemblies for a novel braid-assist robotic device, taking concepts through prototyping, design for manufacturing, and production. Collaborate with mechanical, industrial design, electrical, manufacturing, supplier, and user teams. Manage engineers, establish engineering standards, and drive hands-on design decisions focused on usability, performance, and manufacturability.
