Collaborate with mechanical, industrial design, electrical, manufacturing, supplier, and user teams. Manage engineers, establish engineering standards, and drive hands-on design decisions focused on usability, performance, and manufacturability.

Lead mechanical and systems engineering for HaloBraid: own subassemblies from 3D CAD through pilot to production, resolve design/tolerance/assembly/serviceability issues, apply DFM/DFA, build test frameworks, mentor engineers, and coordinate supplier and contract-manufacturer handoffs.
