Own end-to-end rollout management for multiple imaging center launches. Lead cross-functional launch meetings, manage Monday.com workflows and dashboards, track dependencies and risks, present status updates to leadership, coordinate IT, Operations, HR, AOE, Clinical, and Product teams, and drive mitigation plans. Improve SOPs, documentation, workflows, and post-launch processes while maintaining stakeholder alignment and accountability across 10–20+ monthly rollouts.

Leads multi-site healthcare operations across Southern Florida, overseeing Patient Navigators and partnering with physician practices, imaging centers, and clinical leaders. Responsibilities include team leadership, workforce planning, scheduling, performance management, patient access, workflow optimization, KPI improvement, patient experience, site launches, operational transitions, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is field-based and requires approximately 80% local travel.

Performs specimen logistics, accessioning, data entry, DNA/RNA extraction, specimen and reagent preparation, quality control documentation, equipment logging, housekeeping, and waste management. The role supports laboratory testing workflows, maintains accurate records, and uses laboratory information systems and Microsoft Office tools. Candidates need strong attention to detail, communication, multitasking, typing proficiency, and the ability to work independently. This is an in-person, weekday laboratory position.

Performs diagnostic CT imaging, educates patients and families, assists radiologists with interventional procedures, completes QA and administrative tasks, maintains licensure and safety compliance, and supports departmental goals and patient care.
