Designs and oversees personalized, multi-channel campaigns across email, in-app, push, and SMS using platforms such as Braze. Drives segmentation, experimentation, performance analysis, and optimization while partnering with Product, Data, Creative, Customer Success, and Operations. Manages agencies and vendors, reports insights to executives, and rebuilds scalable lifecycle programs.

Leads Halo Collar’s wholesale business across first-party and brick-and-mortar retail channels, owning P&L, growth strategy, retailer relationships, account execution, promotional programs, and brand representation. Builds and manages the wholesale sales team, analyzes sales and inventory performance, identifies growth opportunities, and collaborates cross-functionally on launches and campaigns. The role requires executive-level negotiation, omnichannel retail expertise, and travel of up to 25%.

The Director of Mobile Engineering will own mobile architecture across iOS and Android, establish AI-native development practices, oversee release readiness, and lead a 10–15-person distributed engineering team. Responsibilities include coaching engineers, hiring, architectural decision-making across mobile, backend, and firmware, roadmap and executive partnership, and maintaining hands-on code review and production involvement. The role requires experience shipping high-quality consumer apps at scale and driving organizational change.
