Expedite food, coordinate with chefs and servers, support other back- and front-of-house duties, maintain service quality in a high-volume, fast-paced fine-dining environment, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness by collecting, washing, and organizing dishes and utensils; load and operate dishwashing equipment; follow health, safety, and food-safety standards; work cooperatively in a fast-paced back-of-house environment and support team operations.
