The role involves supporting the international partnerships process, building relationships with media partners, managing contracts, and attending partner recordings in Spain.

The Parish Lead will build relationships with parishes, introduce Hallow, manage CRM workflows, and support community prayer initiatives while traveling 20%-30% of the time.

Lead end-to-end production for Hallow's flagship audio/video show and support a growing content slate. Develop creative strategy, production systems, editorial calendars, and workflows. Manage guest coordination, on-location recording, post-production, audio/video quality, editing and publishing across the Hallow app, YouTube, and other platforms. Coordinate talent, logistics, and scale multiple simultaneous productions.
