Own a portfolio of client accounting relationships as an outsourced controller or CFO. Responsibilities include reviewing monthly financials, forecasting cash flow, analyzing ROI, supporting business decisions, leading client onboarding and cleanup projects, and supervising accounting staff. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, entity-structure expertise, client communication, and experience with budgeting, forecasting, equity waterfalls, and distributions.

Prepare and review individual, partnership, S-corporation, corporate, gift, and trust tax returns and supporting workpapers. Identify missing client information, communicate with clients, resolve tax notices, prepare Form 3115 and 1031 exchange reporting, and support proposals, training materials, and workpaper projects. The role requires accurate, timely work, client responsiveness, ethical conduct, ongoing professional development, and independent performance in a fully remote environment.
