Teams at Hall Ambulance Service, Inc.

Respond to 911 medical emergencies, assess and provide basic emergency care, prepare and transport patients by ambulance, operate emergency equipment and vehicle, complete patient records, and coordinate with dispatch and other emergency personnel. Provide compassionate patient care and maintain equipment and safety protocols.

Responsible for reviewing claim status, collecting payments from payers and patients, filing appeals, maintaining detailed account notes, prioritizing collections, providing documentation to payers, and reporting weekly status to management. Must follow payer guidelines, assist with adjustments or payment plans, interact compassionately with patients, and perform other duties as assigned.
