Transport patients and patient charts within the hospital following JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards. Generate transport slips, assist with Meditech data entry, maintain patient privacy and infection-control practices, stock supplies, attend meetings, and help train new staff during orientation.

Coordinate regulatory compliance and submissions for oncology clinical trials, maintain protocol and IRB documentation, assist with patient identification and informed consent, enter and submit trial data, and support investigators and research staff to ensure Good Clinical Practice and sponsor requirements are met.

Coordinate patient care, utilization management, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary communication to improve outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost management. Identify process improvements and provide timely information to payors while supporting physicians and the care team.
