Leads and manages planning operations for the Port St. Lucie and Florida offices. Supervises staff and activities, ensures compliance with corporate policies, maintains quality and professional service standards, and drives execution of regional goals, objectives, and plans. The role requires significant planning experience, professional registration or licensure, and leadership capability. Employment requires successful criminal background and driving record checks, plus the ability to reliably commute or relocate to Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Plans, designs, manages, and oversees MEP engineering projects from proposals through construction completion. Supervises engineers, technicians, and designers; coordinates project schedules, budgets, agreements, QA/QC, bidding, and financial performance. Designs mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial buildings, ensures compliance with applicable codes and standards, mentors staff, manages multiple projects, and supports business development and client relationships.
