Manages daily HR operations across a multi-state organization, ensuring employment-law compliance, regulatory reporting, consistent HR service delivery, and scalable procedures. Supports benefits, recruiting, HRIS administration, and HR reporting while mentoring HR staff and assisting with growth and acquisition initiatives. Partners with the HR Director to provide guidance to managers and employees, monitor legal changes, and maintain compliant policies and practices.

Leads municipal infrastructure projects across Southern New England, overseeing planning, design, budgets, schedules, QA/QC, permitting, construction coordination, and team performance. Designs water and wastewater pipelines, treatment facilities, pump stations, stormwater systems, and related infrastructure. Supervises engineers and designers, manages client relationships and business development, prepares project agreements and financial plans, mentors staff, and advises municipalities on long-term investment and project funding.

Plans, designs, manages, and oversees MEP engineering projects from proposals through construction completion. Supervises engineers, technicians, and designers; coordinates project schedules, budgets, agreements, QA/QC, bidding, and financial performance. Designs mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial buildings, ensures compliance with applicable codes and standards, mentors staff, manages multiple projects, and supports business development and client relationships.
