Supports U.S. customer strategy and commercialization for growth platforms by translating strategy into retailer-ready plans, promotional programs, activation materials, pricing guidance, and execution standards. Analyzes sales, shopper, panel, competitive, retailer, and trade promotion data to develop insights and recommendations. Coordinates cross-functional teams, budgets, customer communications, test-and-learn programs, performance reviews, and scalable activation playbooks across priority retailers.

Partners with site leaders to execute people strategy, strengthen leadership capability, manage talent and performance processes, support employee engagement and organizational change, and resolve complex employee and industrial relations matters. The role also leads workforce planning, organizational design, consultation processes, continuous HR improvement, and collaboration with HR centers of excellence and shared services.

Serves as the first HR contact for employees, resolving Tier 1 cases through ServiceNow, live chat, and email. Provides accurate guidance on HR policies, employee data, and regulatory requirements; escalates complex cases to Tier 2; maintains clear stakeholder communication; performs quality audits; and contributes to process improvement, optimization, and automation initiatives.
