Maintains finished costumes for theatrical productions, assists actors with dressing and quick changes, and supports backstage wardrobe operations. Duties include pre-show costume checks, load-in and strike assistance, laundry, repairs, emergency alterations, costume placement, workspace safety, setup, cleanup, and attendance at dress rehearsals. The role may also provide stitching or other costume-shop support as assigned.

Lead technical execution of productions from concept through commissioning: assess feasibility, manage design and fabrication, oversee installation, programming, testing, rehearsals, and handover while ensuring safety, budget, schedule, and creative vision alignment.

Support the Production Stage Manager in rehearsals and performances: create and maintain production paperwork, cue sheets, schedules, and reports; lead and coordinate show crews; follow union rules and safety procedures; participate in production meetings, training, and logistical planning.
