Supports optical practice partners across Shrewsbury and Mid Wales through transition and ongoing operations. Responsibilities include practice visits, KPI and sales analysis, business planning, market monitoring, partner coaching, team engagement, recruitment support, change management, relationship building, and driving continuous improvement across practices and head office.

Dispense frames and complex lenses, including bifocals and varifocals; provide frame styling, pre-screening, fittings, and adjustments; manage patient appointments and queries; and support smooth practice operations alongside optometrists. The role emphasizes personalized patient care, precision, organization, and confident communication in an optometry practice. Saturday work is required, with no Sunday or bank holiday shifts.

Provide patient-focused optical support, including frame styling, lens selection, fittings, adjustments, aftercare, and advice tailored to visual and lifestyle needs. Assist with complex prescriptions alongside the wider team, maintain displays and equipment, and support daily practice operations. Build trust through honest recommendations, deliver a smooth patient experience, and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Saturday work is required.
