Develops and manages a portfolio of 300–400 donors through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and personalized engagement. Identifies leadership and mid-level gift prospects, prepares proposals, secures financial commitments, and refers high-capacity donors to major gift officers. Collaborates on fundraising campaigns and events, analyzes performance metrics, and maintains accurate donor records in the CRM.

Develops and manages a portfolio of approximately 100 major donors, cultivating relationships, soliciting gifts of $25,000–$250,000, stewarding supporters, and growing fundraising revenue. Responsibilities include donor research, proposals, presentations, engagement strategies, CRM management, performance analysis, and frequent in-person and virtual donor interactions. The role requires 30%–50% overnight travel and supports Haggai International’s Christian mission.
