Create original, kid-friendly illustrations and production-ready product designs from creative direction. Complete artwork sets, maintain style consistency, prepare print and production files, build mockups, and manage revisions and deadlines. The role requires independent execution from concept handoff through final delivery, with occasional support for storefront content and CMYK ad images.

Owns the full finance function for a growing e-commerce brand, including financial reporting, cash forecasting, budgeting, profitability improvement, process automation, SOP development, systems implementation, dashboards, and cross-functional financial planning. The role partners with executive leadership to scale financial operations and support sustainable growth.

Own end-to-end growth and profitability for a multi-million-dollar Amazon category. Responsibilities include optimizing product positioning, content, pricing, advertising, promotions, inventory, and lifecycle performance; identifying expansion opportunities; planning demand; and collaborating with product operations, supply chain, and design teams.
