Full-time rotational program for recent college graduates with multiple fashion or retail internships. Participants rotate through three departments, such as sales, planning, merchandising, sourcing, design, and technical design, while receiving mentorship, executive exposure, and HR career coaching. The program develops practical knowledge and leads to placement in an optimal long-term role.

Supports technical design across the garment product lifecycle, from sketches through production. Updates tech pack measurements, reviews samples for fit and construction, assists with fit sessions, tracks revisions and approvals, and communicates with overseas offices and vendors to resolve production issues. Collaborates with Design, Sourcing, and Production to develop cost-effective styles while maintaining size, fit, and construction standards.

Supports video production from setup and on-set capture through media management, editing, exports, and post-production. Assists with cameras, lighting, audio, production logistics, footage organization, equipment tracking, and video projects for e-commerce, internal, event, and special-project needs. Requires prior internship or related video-production experience, familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and basic production equipment, strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
