Manage day-to-day office operations by maintaining shared spaces, ordering supplies, receiving deliveries, supporting internal events, handling administration, resolving practical issues, and improving the workplace experience for employees and visitors.

Own and coordinate game development projects from planning through release. Create schedules, milestones, and priorities; align cross-functional teams; monitor progress, quality, risks, and blockers; facilitate project meetings and reviews; communicate updates to stakeholders; and improve workflows, tools, and collaboration. The role requires strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, and Swedish and English proficiency. It is an on-site position in Stockholm with no relocation or visa sponsorship assistance.

Build and maintain high-performance C# and ASP.NET backend platform systems for gaming products. Responsibilities include designing scalable features, optimizing throughput and latency, writing unit tests, troubleshooting complex issues, participating in code reviews, documenting systems, and coordinating with product and engineering teams. The role emphasizes reliable, thread-safe, database-backed systems capable of processing thousands of transactions per second.
