The Helpdesk Associate will provide first-level technical support, manage helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot issues, and maintain user accounts while ensuring high-quality customer service.

Lead and execute design projects producing event collateral, print and digital marketing and research materials. Use Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint to create publications, presentations, signage, and data-driven charts. Ensure brand compliance, manage multiple projects, collaborate with teams, revise work for clarity, and meet tight deadlines. Video editing (After Effects) is a plus.

Lead design and delivery of Oracle HCM enterprise solutions with deep integration into ERP domains. Own HCM architecture, integrations (OIC), data migration (HDL), Fast Formulas, reporting (BI/OTBI), and security. Manage global delivery teams, run client-facing solution design, support pre-sales, and establish delivery standards and reusable assets across large transformation programs.
