Develop and enhance React/TypeScript interfaces and support Java/Spring Boot microservices for a cloud-hosted platform. Integrate REST APIs, Qualtrics, Lucidchart, Jaspersoft Visualize.js, OpenSearch, S3 document storage, and entitlement-aware workflows. Responsibilities include performance, accessibility, responsive design, testing, code reviews, defect resolution, deployment support, and Agile collaboration across product, QA, and engineering teams.

Support QA automation and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate test design, regression scripting, and test maintenance. Cross-train with team members and provide broad QA coverage.

Serves as the primary HR partner for business units across Latin America, managing the employee lifecycle, employee relations, performance management, engagement, development, workforce planning, and HR compliance. Leads full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, ATS management, and recruiting metrics. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a remote, multinational environment.
