Senior QA Tester responsible for developing test strategies and plans, executing functional, regression, exploratory, end-to-end, and UAT testing, managing defects, validating APIs and data with SQL, and supporting release readiness. The role maintains test evidence, traceability, quality metrics, and signoffs while applying AI-assisted tools such as Codex to improve test generation and regression optimization. It also involves stakeholder coordination, Agile delivery support, pipeline and environment troubleshooting, and cross-application QA coverage.

Learn ZBrain and emerging AI technologies; gather business requirements; design and build AI workflows, agents, and integrations; translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories; test and refine AI solutions; collaborate with engineers and stakeholders; prepare documentation, prototypes, and demonstrations; and support sprint, UAT, and release activities.

Develop and enhance React/TypeScript interfaces and support Java/Spring Boot microservices for a cloud-hosted platform. Integrate REST APIs, Qualtrics, Lucidchart, Jaspersoft Visualize.js, OpenSearch, S3 document storage, and entitlement-aware workflows. Responsibilities include performance, accessibility, responsive design, testing, code reviews, defect resolution, deployment support, and Agile collaboration across product, QA, and engineering teams.
