Build and lead scalable test automation across web, APIs, workflows, and AI-driven systems using Playwright and SerenityJS. Develop JavaScript and TypeScript test suites, integrate quality gates into Jenkins or GitHub Actions, analyze failures, conduct code reviews, define acceptance criteria, mentor teams, and improve automation metrics. The role emphasizes regression, integration, system, end-to-end, accessibility, desktop, and API testing within containerized SaaS environments.

Investigate and resolve customer issues involving web applications, APIs, integrations, authentication, configurations, and data. Use logs, developer tools, SQL, and AI tools to identify root causes, communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, escalate confirmed product issues, and improve documentation, automation, and tooling. Maintain queue health, meet service levels, and participate in rotational shifts and occasional on-call coverage.
