Lead a 10–12 person data organization to run and scale a GCP-native data platform, complete Snowflake-to-BigQuery consolidation, establish SLOs, data governance, self-serve analytics, and support ML/AI feature and telemetry workloads across product lines.

Build and automate multi-cloud Terraform infrastructure, improve observability and CI/CD, enable Content Engineers, support production reliability, troubleshoot incidents, and drive automation and platform improvements.

Design and implement scalable onboarding, activation, and adoption flows and educational content. Use analytics to monitor portfolio health, trigger automated outreach, run 1-to-many programs, and flag accounts for human follow-up. Optimize systems (ChurnZero, HubSpot, Looker) and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Support, Sales, and RevOps to improve customer retention and growth.
