Teams at Hack The Box

Build and validate live-fire cyber ranges, threat-hunting labs, Sherlocks, CTF challenges, and Pro Labs scenarios. Research vulnerabilities, exploit techniques, adversary tactics, and threat actors while applying expertise in detection engineering, digital forensics, malware analysis, operating systems, infrastructure, and defensive security tools. Collaborate across engineering, infrastructure, product, and marketing teams, and contribute to technical reviews and cybersecurity education content.

Designs, develops, tests, reviews, and maintains enterprise, cloud, hybrid, and cybersecurity training content, including Machines, Pro Labs, and Cloud Labs. Builds scalable environments using Active Directory, cloud services, networking, enterprise applications, and security controls. Researches emerging attack techniques and technologies, automates infrastructure deployment and workflows, collaborates with infrastructure and content teams, and supports documentation, validation, and quality assurance.

Design, deploy, and operate Hack The Box’s global, multi-site data center network. Responsibilities include BGP, EVPN-VXLAN, JunOS and Juniper platform management, network automation, monitoring and observability, capacity planning, site expansions, troubleshooting, documentation, and on-call incident response. The role collaborates with systems, platform, SRE, security, and product engineering teams supporting VMware, Kubernetes, and Ceph environments.
