Tests, develops, reviews, and maintains Hack The Box Labs machines, labs, and CTF challenges. Creates documentation and walkthroughs, researches vulnerabilities, exploits, tools, and tactics, and collaborates with content and infrastructure teams. The role also involves penetration testing, adopting AI technologies for cybersecurity projects, and contributing to new offensive security content.

Manage enterprise customer success across the US by guiding onboarding, building stakeholder relationships, executing engagement plans, analyzing usage and health data, addressing risks, coordinating issue resolution, conducting check-ins and business reviews, gathering product feedback, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role owns retention metrics and requires SaaS customer success knowledge, cybersecurity fundamentals, and strong cross-functional communication.

Drive B2C user acquisition through paid and social campaigns, creators, partnerships, affiliates, SEO, and emerging channels. Execute experiments, manage creator and affiliate relationships, coordinate agencies, develop campaign messaging, and track metrics including signups, CAC, conversion rates, ROI, attribution, and channel performance. Collaborate with consumer marketing teams to identify scalable acquisition opportunities for technical and cybersecurity-oriented audiences.
