Leads partnership strategy, proposals, negotiations, stewardship, CRM tracking, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring team members.

Develops and manages housing market systems programs in the Philippines, including market research, value-chain mapping, partnership facilitation, feasibility analysis, monitoring and evaluation, safeguarding, communications, and resilience initiatives. The role collaborates with private-sector, government, financial, construction, media, and community stakeholders, provides technical input on housing solutions, leads action research, and represents Habitat in industry forums.

Provides senior monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning expertise across Southeast Asian projects and regional programmes. Leads theories of change, results frameworks, indicators, MEAL plans, data-quality processes, evaluations, applied research, evidence synthesis, learning activities, and technical coaching. Supports consistent organisational standards, cross-country collaboration, programme adaptation, reporting, and evidence-informed decision-making.

The Staff Auditor plans and performs operational, financial, and compliance audits across domestic and international HFHI locations. Responsibilities include developing risk-based audit plans, conducting fieldwork, documenting findings, reviewing audit workpapers, drafting reports and recommendations, monitoring corrective actions, supporting risk assessments, and providing advisory services. The role may lead assigned audit projects, guide staff, and requires substantial domestic and international travel.

Conduct credit analysis, transaction underwriting, financial modeling, portfolio monitoring, investor and impact reporting, market research, and financial due diligence for affordable housing and community development lending. Support investment memos, term sheets, loan portfolio administration, investor relations, funding proposals, presentations, budgeting, and strategic initiatives. The role primarily focuses on credit and underwriting while collaborating with internal teams, borrowers, investors, trustees, and other external stakeholders.
