Lead and operationalize new market launches for Habitat Health's PACE program, develop repeatable launch playbooks, enable Growth team operations, gather frontline feedback for process improvements, track performance, and coordinate cross-functional and external stakeholders to scale enrollment and outreach.

Lead ownership and operations for a portfolio of healthcare applications (beginning with TalkDesk). Manage vendor relationships, implementations for new centers, integrations (Epic, Salesforce), training, adoption, documentation, and change management. Drive system performance, roadmap planning, and cross-functional coordination to support rapid PACE expansion and operational readiness.

Support contract lifecycle and implement a contract management system. Review and process standard agreements (NDAs, consulting agreements, BAAs), track post-execution obligations, manage corporate entity records and filings, assist Board operations and licensing, provide paralegal and project support for expansions, and collaborate with compliance and finance teams.
