Supports the Product team by turning ambiguous problems into scalable systems and measurable workflows. Responsibilities include process mapping, automation, research, analysis, documentation, dashboard and reporting development, stakeholder coordination, frontline observation, tool rollout, onboarding, training, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement. The role uses AI and operational data to reduce manual effort, improve throughput and quality, and standardize work across clinical, operational, enrollment, and enterprise teams.

Supervise daily operations of a PACE clinic, lead and mentor RNs, LVNs, and medical assistants, manage schedules, supplies, vendors, quality initiatives, compliance, and facility needs. Provide clinical care including triage, emergency response, medication and vaccine administration, wound care, home care, and participant education. Support care for complex geriatric patients and provide after-hours coverage as needed.

Own product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, delivery, adoption, and lifecycle management for healthcare technology applications supporting PACE operations. Lead discovery, requirements, vendor relationships, implementations, integrations, go-lives, training, change management, and success measurement across platforms including Talkdesk, Salesforce, and Epic. Partner with clinical, operational, growth, technical, and vendor teams to improve workflows and scale technology across new healthcare centers.
