Supports Habitat homeowners by managing payments, answering questions, maintaining confidential records, coordinating resources, planning engagement activities, representing Habitat at HOA and community meetings, monitoring homeowner trends, and preparing monthly reports. The role builds relationships with diverse homeowners, identifies support needs, escalates concerns, and coordinates improvements with affiliate departments and community partners.

Leads accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting support, audits, internal controls, compliance, and process improvements. Oversees receivables, payables, cash management, cost accounting, mortgage and escrow processes, job costing, and construction financials. Supervises accounting staff, manages financial systems, supports nonprofit funding and IRS Form 990 preparation, and provides analysis and strategic support to the CFO.
