Supports Habitat homeowners by managing payments, answering questions, maintaining confidential records, coordinating resources, planning engagement activities, representing Habitat at HOA and community meetings, monitoring homeowner trends, and preparing monthly reports. The role builds relationships with diverse homeowners, identifies support needs, escalates concerns, and coordinates improvements with affiliate departments and community partners.

Coordinates foundation and corporate grant activities, including prospect research, proposal and report writing, compliance tracking, database maintenance, funder communications, stewardship, and impact storytelling. Collaborates with program, finance, construction, and family services teams to gather information and support fundraising campaigns, events, donor relations, and development goals.

Manages delinquent mortgage accounts by contacting homeowners, assessing financial circumstances, establishing repayment plans, coordinating loss mitigation, and monitoring account resolution. Reviews payment histories and aging reports, documents outreach and account activity, recommends foreclosure prevention or legal escalation, and ensures compliance with mortgage servicing, debt collection, privacy, and communication requirements.
