Provides customer service and product guidance, promotes merchandise, processes sales transactions, maintains an organized sales floor, supports inventory activities, handles inquiries, and helps achieve store sales goals. The role also supports promotions, collaborates with team members, and follows company safety and security procedures.

Manages individual giving programs, including donor acquisition, retention, upgrades, stewardship, and monthly giving. Oversees a donor portfolio, conducts personalized cultivation and solicitation, identifies major-gift prospects, and coordinates donor engagement. Uses Salesforce and fundraising data to track portfolios, analyze performance, develop segmentation and forecasts, prepare reports, and recommend strategy adjustments. Collaborates across development, communications, volunteer, and program teams to strengthen donor relationships and achieve fundraising goals.

Supervise ReStore backroom operations, including researching, ticketing, receiving, safely moving, and placing donated merchandise. Coordinate with store leadership and donation drivers, oversee employees and volunteers, maintain a safe and clean environment, support customer service, handle opening and closing duties, operate POS systems, complete reports, and enforce policies. The role requires flexible scheduling, physical merchandise handling, forklift operation, and reliable attendance.
