Manage and grow Habitat Dane’s individual giving program through annual appeals, legacy giving, donor acquisition, mid-level donor portfolios, stewardship, cultivation, and fundraising events. Build donor relationships, improve the pipeline toward major gifts, promote diverse giving methods, coordinate communications and vendors, maintain accurate CRM records, and represent the organization at community events. The role requires collaboration across teams, strong project management, and regular local travel in Dane County.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for two ReStore locations, overseeing retail, merchandising, inventory, donations, warehousing, transportation, logistics, facilities, and approximately 20 employees. Leads continuous improvement, change initiatives, financial performance, safety, and customer experience. Develops managers, builds organizational culture, establishes performance metrics, identifies revenue opportunities, and partners with senior leadership to advance mission and long-term growth.
