Provides strategic and operational leadership for People & Culture and workplace safety. Oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, leadership development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and employee engagement. Advises executives and people leaders, leads the People & Culture team, manages the budget, advances diversity and inclusion, and embeds health and safety throughout the organization.

Leads Habitat GTA’s government funding and public-sector partnership strategy, securing and stewarding municipal, provincial, and federal investments. Responsibilities include managing six- and seven-figure funding pipelines, developing proposals and investment cases, overseeing budgets and reporting frameworks, monitoring policy developments, building executive relationships, and coordinating cross-functional submissions. The role also establishes repeatable funding systems, advises executive leadership, and aligns government opportunities with philanthropic priorities.
