Provide end-to-end support for enterprise customers using an AI compliance platform. Handle customer communications, ticket triage, issue reproduction, account administration, configuration changes, data operations, escalations, and resolution tracking. Maintain internal runbooks and customer-facing knowledge documentation while identifying recurring issues and process improvements. Work independently across US Eastern and Australian time zones, translating technical updates into clear customer communications.

Lead enterprise AI implementation projects for legal and compliance teams, from onboarding through rollout. Deconstruct client workflows, identify automation opportunities, translate legal documents into structured AI logic, support user adoption, troubleshoot strategic and technical blockers, and share customer insights with Product and Engineering. Build repeatable implementation playbooks while engaging senior legal, compliance, and marketing stakeholders.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design and operate scalable services and APIs for an AI compliance platform, making high-impact technical decisions and influencing engineering culture.
