Handles inbound and outbound calls, connects with potential customers, schedules appointments for Water Quality Advisors, and works toward individual and team goals. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role requires friendly communication, dependability, motivation, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Attend pre-booked in-home appointments with homeowners, conduct basic home improvement quality checks, recommend eco-friendly solutions, and provide excellent customer service. The role includes paid training, relationship building, product representation, and performance-based bonuses. No prior experience is required, but candidates need strong communication skills, reliability, full-time Monday-to-Friday availability, and their own transportation.
