Leads a product engineering domain responsible for client-facing SaaS products, integrations, and workflows. Oversees hiring, coaching, architecture, delivery, incident management, and multiple product lines. Partners with Product Management on strategy and roadmaps, communicates tradeoffs across business functions, supports client engagements, and ensures reliable, high-quality releases. The role requires strong backend product engineering expertise and leadership in complex data environments.

Own financial activities across the corporate development and M&A lifecycle, including target screening, valuation, financial due diligence, synergy analysis, pro forma modeling, pipeline management, and integration planning. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, maintain diligence trackers and data rooms, prepare screening memos and executive presentations, conduct industry research, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leaders and boards.

Leads the strategy and roadmap for H1’s data feeds, inbound data capabilities, ingestion standards, and structured data delivery. Partners with engineering, data operations, product, commercial, and executive stakeholders to improve data quality, reliability, documentation, and scalability. Investigates issues using complex SQL, governs data dictionaries and feed specifications, oversees healthcare data domains, resolves escalations, and communicates technical strategy to leadership and clients.
